everytown has what they call low income apartments the amount of rent you pay s is 30 percent of your income example 400 dollars it be like 120 dollars but then they take off for unlites allowance it variesfrom apartment to apartment the allowance in our aparment is 95 dollars let say you get 50 then your rent would be 120 minus 50= 70 would be your rent you understand me i hope so but everytown has thesse types o apartments its a government things so i would get a phonebook and call apartment mangers and ask them thesse question i hope this helps just pray to God
